Team tab
Your live workload view. See every agent's open, pending, and overdue tickets at a glance. Use it during the day to spot who's underwater or where tickets are stacking up.
The green / grey dot next to each agent's name shows whether they're currently set as available in your ticket system.
Performance tab
A breakdown of how each agent performed over a time period. Use the date range presets (Today, This Week, This Month) or set a custom range. The bar chart and table show resolved, closed, pending, and overdue counts per agent.
1:1 Reports
Click any agent's row in the Performance tab to open their detail panel. Hit Generate 1:1 report with AI to get a plain-English prep report — performance summary, strengths, areas to explore, and suggested talking points for your meeting.
Date range
The date selector sits in the Performance tab. Choose a preset or pick custom dates. All charts and metrics update instantly — no need to refresh.
Refresh
Ticket data is cached after the first load for speed. Hit ↺ Refresh in the top bar any time to pull the latest data from your support platform.
Managing your team
Invite colleagues via Manage team in the top bar. There are three access levels:
ownerFull access. Can invite managers and agents, remove members, and disconnect the platform.managerCan view all data including AI reports and notes. Can invite agents and control what each agent sees.agentView-only access to team workload. Cannot access AI reports, notes, or team settings.
